Ch Nisar refuses to form judicial commission on Mustafa Kamal’s statements
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Interior Minister Ch Nisar has refused to form a judicial commission on the statements of Mustafa Kamal.
Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that former mayor had not presented documentary proofs.
Expressing disappointment over development on the Imran Farooq murder case, the minister said that they wanted to interrogate Sarfraz Merchant.
He said that they were concerned about the threats of extremist organizations. “The team’s departure for India can be delayed if they did not get security clearance,” he added.
“Pakistanis have not been treated humanely in the past. The FIA powers are neither being reduced nor the NAB powers will be clipped,” he maintained.
