Huge weapons cache smuggled from Afghanistan recovered in Nohki

NOSHKI (92 News) – Security forces and secret agencies recovered a huge quantity of weapons smuggled from Afghanistan in Noshki on Friday.

Addressing a press conference with DIG FC Brig Tahir and the Balochistan government spokesman Anwarul Haq Kakar, Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti said that the weapons were recovered during a raid on the camp of the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).

He said that the Afghan intelligence agency NDS had provided weapons to the banned organization.

The minister said that the weapons included 25 mortar shells, 46 rockets and 10 packets of explosives.


He said that the Afghan soil was being used for terrorism in Balochistan, asking the Afghan government to look into the matter.
