I have presented reservations to PM Nawaz Sharif, says Fazlur Rehman

LAHORE (92 News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Moulana Fazlur Rehman has on Monday said that he has presented his reservations to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Talking to media after meeting Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Jati Umra on Monday, Fazlur Rehman said that he made it clear to the prime minister that he didn’t oppose the bill for dialogues, adding that the prime minister has assured of addressing the concerns of Ulemas himself, while Punjab government has also formed a committee in this regard.

He said that the women protection bill is against constitution and sharia, and now dialogues have started.

He declared the statement of Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah a gossip.

The JUI-F chief said that he will present the amendments offered by the government in the meeting of religious leaders.
