SHEIKHUPURA (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that he stood by the promise of ending loadshedding by 2018.

Addressing a gathering after performing the ground breaking ceremony of 1180MW Bhikki Power Plant on Friday, he said that the previous governments took no step to end power shortage.

He lauded the federal and provincial teams for the project. “The power shortage is not ended by burning bills at the container,” he added.
