IGP Punjab orders security high alert in province after Raiwind blast
LAHORE (92 News) – After the Raiwind blast, IGP Punjab Capt (retd) Arif Nawaz Khan has ordered security high alert across the province.
In a directive, he ordered the Lahore CCPO, RPOs and DPOs to tighten security in their regions.
The IGP directed the police officers to expedite search, sweep, combing and intelligence-based operations. He also ordered to increase security at sensitive installations, educational institutions, worship places and markets.
IGP Punjab Capt (retd) Arif Nawaz Khan ordered the police officers to implement the security SOPs.
