ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday summoned a report from Ministry of Interior regarding inclusion of US diplomat Colonel Joseph’s name in the Exit Control List (ECL).
The IHC judge Justice Amir Farooq was conducting hearing of a petition of the father of the victim, Atique Baig, who was killed in an accident with the American official.
During the proceedings, representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Interior and the Station House Officer Kohsar police station appeared before the court.
