Imran Farooq Murder Case: ATC grants seven-day physical remand of the three accused
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court on Monday granted seven days’ physical remand of three accused in Imran Farooq murder case to FIA.
The accused Moazzam Ali Khan, Khalid Shamim and Syed Mohsin Ali were produced in the court amid tight security.
During the hearing the Federal Investigation Authority’s (FIA) investigation team requested the court to grant 10 days remand, however, the court granted seven days remand and handed them over to Counter-Terrorism Wing.
Talking to 92 News, Advocate Abid Johar said that he came to meet Moazzam Ali and Mohsim Ali, however, the wife of Khalid Shamim asked him to appear on his behalf but the accused refused to identify him.
