Imran will be a candidate for PCB chairman in 2018: Pervaiz Rasheed

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Senator Pervaiz Rasheed has said that Imran Khan had left his home with the dream to become the prime minister in 2013, now he is trying to become the opposition leader and in 2018 he will be a candidate for the PCB chairman in place of Najam Sethi. Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the PTI has a dozen candidates for the post of prime minister and one and a half dozen for the slot of opposition leader. "Imran is demolishing his own house," he said. Pervaiz Rasheed said that Malik Riaz had come to Nawaz Sharif to inquire after the health of his wife. “The PML-N and the PPP are democratic parties and both struggled for supremacy of the Constitution. There is the Charter of Democracy (CoD) between both parties,” he said, adding that the PML-N with other parties will continue to work for democracy and political stability. He said that former prime minister will perform judicial and family responsibilities. “Nawaz Sharif is our leader and we are his worker,” he maintained.
