India not in a position to put conditions for talks: Abdul Basit

NEW DELHI (92 News) – Pakistan High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit has said that India is not in a position to conditions for dialogues.

Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that Pakistan presented herself as a responsible state over the Kulbhushan Jhadav issue.

He said that the decision on the counsellor access will be made on merit.

Abdul Basit said that Pak-India relations had gone to the lowest level.
