Indian PM Narendra Modi’s stopover challenged in LHC

LAHORE (92 News) – First petition of the year 2016 has been submitted in the Lahore High Court challenging the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his stopover in Lahore.

The petitioner claimed that the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Pakistan along with his delegation without any written authorization, adding that the Indian premier and his delegation did not follow international protocol.

The petition was filed by a Pakistani citizens Muhammad Munir’s lawyer Azhar Siddique.

The petitioner plead that the reasons for Narendra Modi and his delegation’s visit should be revealed for which they were permitted to visit Pakistan.
