Indo-Pak foreign secretaries meet at 37th SAARC Summit
POKHRA (92 News) – India and Pakistan’s foreign secretaries Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry met in Pokhara, Nepal, at the 37th SAARC Summit on Wednesday.
Both the foreign secretaries had exchanged courtesies last night. This was the first time the two have met since the Pathankot airbase attacks in January, which derailed the bilateral ties between the two nations.
Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz is expected to meet with Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in Nepal on the sidelines of 37th SAARC Summit.
