Inspector murder case: Order to include ATA section against Ayyan Ali

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – The prosecutor general has ordered the police to include a section of the Anti-Terrorism Act against Ayyan Ali in the murder case of Customs Inspector Ijaz Chaudhry.

Earlier, her name was included in the FIR as a co-accused. The prosecutor general has ordered the police to investigate Ayyan Ali after including a section of the ATA in the case.

Sources revealed that according to the instructions issued to the police, the inspector had been murdered during duty, which fell under the ATA.

Inspector Manzar Shah, the investigation officer, said that the orders of the prosecutor general were being implemented.

He said that summons would be sent to Ayyan Ali for including her in the investigation.
