Iran’s Zarif lays out four-point plan to solve Yemen conflict

MADRID – Iran’s foreign minister laid out a four-point plan to resolve the conflict in Yemenon Tuesday, reaffirming his opposition to Saudi-led air strikes against a rebel force allied to Tehran.

Mohammad Javad Zarif proposed a ceasefire, humanitarian assistance, an intra-Yemeni dialogue, and a broad-based government to end the conflict at a news conference in Madrid.
