Karachi Mayor should focus on job rather hiding incompetency: Saeed Ghani
KARACHI (92 News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Saeed Ghani criticized the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Sunday and said that the Karachi mayor should do his work rather than asking for powers to hide his incompetency.
“No other chairman or mayor has a problem of powers except Karachi’s,” he said.
He further said that creating hype over everything has become MQM’s creed.
It is however decided that no briefcase would be allowed to transfer to London now, he said.
Ghani said that we don’t want to make Waseem Akhtar a hero by bringing a no-confidence movement against him.
He added that the responsibility of cleanliness lies on the DMCs and not on the mayor.
Criticizing further, the PPP senator said that the MQM appointed some 60,000 ghost employees.
