Karachi operation not aimed at pushing any political party to wall, Ch Nisar tells MQM delegation
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Interior Minister Ch Nisar has said that the objective of the Karachi operation is not to push any political party to the wall.
Talking to an MQM delegation that called on him on Tuesday, he termed the activities of the Sindh Rangers legal.
Ch Nisar said that the Karachi operation is against criminals and its objective is to maintain peace in the city.
The minister said that all-out efforts will be made to remove justified reservations of each party.
He said that it was demand of national interest to support the Rangers. “It is responsibility of all of us,” he said.
The MQM delegation said that they supported the operation, but were facing injustice.
The delegation included Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Kanwar Naveed Jamil and Barrister Saif.
