DAVOS (92 News) – Former Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General (r) Raheel Sharif has said that Kashmir is the unfinished agenda of partition of India.

The former army chief said this while speaking at the sidelines of World Economic Forum meeting in Davos.

Raheel Sharif said that the solution to the Kashmir dispute is in the interest of both India and Pakistan.

“The Kashmir issue should be resolved as per the aspirations of Kashmiri people and resolutions of the United Nations to achieve durable peace in South Asia. Pakistan needs peace but the core issue is Kashmir, which has to be resolved first,” he said.
