Kashmiris observe Black Day against Indian occupation
MUZAFFARABAD/SRINAGAR (92 News) – Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control observed Black Day on Tuesday in protest against India’s occupation of Jammu and Kashmir, terming it totally illegal and unjust.
A complete shutdown was observed in Indian Held Kashmir. Kashmiris hoisted black flags on their houses, shops, educational institutions and offices.
All Parties Hurriyat Conference and other organizations staged demonstrations in different cities.
Speaking on the occasion, Hurriyat leaders said that Indian occupation is unacceptable and they would continue to fight for their independence.
Protest rallies were taken out throughout Pakistan, including Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
Meanwhile, two Kashmiris were martyred by Indian Army in Palwama, triggering widespread protests in the Valley.
