ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif hoped that the US President Donald Trump will respect Pakistan’s concerns pertaining to the border management with Afghanistan.

In his tweet on Thursday, while commenting on Trump’s tweet regarding building wall along the Mexican border, he said that the US president’s concern over his country’s border security were worthwhile.

He further hoped that the US president would respect 2600 kilometer long Pak-Afghan border management.

The minister went on to say that better border management will help stop cross border terrorism.

Earlier, a court in California yesterday dismissed the petition filed by the Trump administration pertaining to building wall along the Mexican border.
