Lahore NAB additional director suspended over handcuffing PU professors
LAHORE (92 News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman Javed Iqbal took notice of handcuffing of aged faculty members of Punjab University.
The NAB chairman suspended Lahore NAB’s additional director Mohammad Rafi in the light of the report constituted by inquiry committee during his one-day visit to NAB’s Lahore Bureau.
In his visit, Javed Iqbal also reviewed progress reports on various cases. He termed that corruption demand annihilated the masses. He renewed his commitment to continue indiscriminate accountability.
“The foremost priority of the NAB is to take all mega-corruption cases to their logical ends. NAB does not believe in revenge tactics,” the NAB chairman mentioned.
