Law & order will improve soon in Quetta: Lt-Gen Amir Riaz

QUETTA (92 News) – Commander Southern Command Lt-Gen Amir Riaz has said that the law and order will improve in Quetta soon.

In an introductory program with students on Monday, he said that 70 percent population of the country comprised of the youth who can change the destiny of the country.

He said that the law and order in other areas was different.

“The residents of Gwadar have the most right of the fruits of its progress,” he said, adding that the state would not allow anyone to expel the people of Gwadar.


Lt-Gen Amir Riaz said that the work was being done on the legal framework. “The arrest of in-service officer shows nefarious designs,” he added.

He said that security forces played a role in the arrest of Kalbhushan and now the civil society should play its role. “No one can harm us if we work jointly,” he said.
