LEAs failed to recover SHC Chief Justice’s son after two days
KARACHI (92 News) – The law enforcement agencies (LEA) failed to recover Owais Ali Shah, son of Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah even after two days who was abducted on Monday afternoon.
Sindh Rangers have announced a reward of Rs2.5 million for information about kidnapped son of SHC Chief Justice.
Police and Rangers have carried out several raids in different areas of the city and detained several suspects.
Previously, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah had presided over a law and order meeting regarding kidnapping of Owais Ali shah. The chief minister had directed the concerned authorities to take effect measure to maintain law and order in the province.
Awais Ali Shah, the son of Sindh High Court Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, was abducted outside a supermarket in the city on Monday, police said on Tuesday. Kidnapping by criminal gangs and outlawed fighters is common in Pakistan. Police did not say why they suspected that Shah had been abducted.
