LHC gives custody of three children to father
LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) has on Wednesday gave the custody of three children to their father while the children cried as they wanted to go with their grandmother.
Justice Irum Sajjad heard a petition of Muhammad Ramzan, resident of Nankana Sahib in the Lahore High Court, in which the petitioner requested for the custody of his three children Tayyaba, Haider and Malayika.
The children appeared before the court along with their grandmother Nasreen and told the court that she was looking after children her daughter’s death, adding that the children were in her custody with consent of their father Muhammad Ramzan. “I am looking after the kids, they are happy and they wanted to live with her,” she said.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Ramzan said that the father should have the custody of the children and his children should be handed over to him.
The court order Nasreen Bibi to hand over children to their father but the children doesn’t want to go with their father.
