LHC orders FPSC to ensure 2018 CSS Examination in Urdu
LAHORE (92 News) – Justice Atir Mahmood of the Lahore High Court has ordered the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) to ensure 2018 CSS Examination in Urdu in 2018.
Issuing a detailed verdict in this regard, the court ordered the FPSC to conduct the CSS Examination 2018 in the light of the Supreme Court order.
The court observed that it could not order to hold the 2017 CSS Examination in Urdu due to short time.
Saifur Rahman Advocate, the petitioner, had stated that the SC had ordered to implement the English language in place of Urdu across the country.
