LAHORE (92 News) – Justice Shahid Jamil Khan of the Lahore High Court on Wednesday directed the Punjab government to introduce a code of conduct for the fees of private schools. Shiraz Zaka advocate, in a petition, stated that there is no law for private schools’ fees. “Private institutions increase the fee of their will at any time. As a result, education is going beyond the reach of citizens,” he said. He pleaded for legislation for private schools’ fees. The counsel for the Punjab government told court that a bill being drafted for the fees of private schools will be presented in the next session of the Punjab Assembly.
