London Mayor Sadiq Khan visits Mazar-e-Quaid
KARACHI (92 News) – London Mayor Sadiq Khan has on Friday visited the tomb of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in Karachi to pay his respects to the father of the nation.
During the meeting, he laid floral wreath on the tomb, offered fateha and recorded his impressions in the book of visitors.
Later, talking to media outside the tomb of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, he said that he is proud of his Pakistani background.
The London Mayor said that Britain and Pakistan have cordial relations and hoped that these relations will be further improved in future.
Sadiq Khan went on to say that London is open for all whether you want to study, do business or spend your holidays.
