Main character Imran Khan hasn’t been mentioned in sugar commission report: Abbasi
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the main character Imran Khan has not been mentioned in the Sugar Inquiry Commission report.
Addressing a press conference on Saturday, he said that facts and responsible have been concealed in the report. “The sugar mafia member who robbed the people of Rs200 billion is still sitting in the government,” he said.
The PML-N leader said that the sugar price was Rs55 per kg before the export, which is now at Rs90 per kg. “The theft is still going on. Usman Buzdar said that the federal government had directed him to give the subsidy,” he added.
He said that the commission report is insufficient. “The cabinet’s single decision increased the sugar price. “Did the government take a step to reduce the sugar price?” he questioned.
He said that the report was made public due to the commission formed by the PML-N government in 2017.
