Marriyum Aurangzeb terms party defectors as ‘lotas’
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has termed the party defectors as ‘lotas’.
Reacting to the defection of eight PML-N lawmakers on Monday, she said that these people have not been part of the PML-N.
“The party had decided not to award these people the tickets in the next general elections. How many times they raised the voice for South Punjab,” she said.
Marriyum Aurangzeb questioned that where these people were five years ago when development funds were being given to them. “The work done by Nawaz Sharif in Federation and Shahbaz Sharif in Punjab is visible,” she claimed.
Talal Ch claimed that the defection will not matter as the party has three candidates in each constituency.
He said that the decision had been made to expel some people from the party.
