Mashal murder case: Main accused remanded for three days
MARDAN (92 News) – The anti-terrorism court has remanded the main accused Arif of the Mashal murder case in the custody of police for three days.
Arif, a PTI councilor, was arrested from Ring Road after his return from Turkey.
He was produced in court amid tight security.
On the other hand, Mashal’s father has appealed to the Supreme Court to take suo motu of the matter again.
The Mashal family lawyer said that he had moved court against the acquittal of 26 accused and suspension of sentence of 25 accused.
