MCB privatization case: LHC bars NAB from summoning Mian Mansha
LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court has on Tuesday restrained National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to summon chairman Muslim Commercial Bank Mian Mansha and Director Khawaja Javaid Iqbal.
Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza issued heard a petition filed by Mian Mansha and Khawaja Mohammad Javaid.
The petitioners complain about bad behavior of NAB during interrogation and the lawyers of petitioners plead the NAB should be restrained from behaving badly.
The court barred the NAB from summoning Mian Mansha and Khawaja Javaid Iqbal and directed the NAB to interrogate the petitioners through their lawyers.
