Meeting of Fata reforms committee witnesses strife
PESHAWAR (92 News) – The meeting of Fata reforms committee (FCR) witnessed a strife on Friday as student groups raised slogans of ‘Go FCR Go’.
Following the trouble, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra left the meeting being held at a local hotel in Karachi while tribal leaders also walked out.
The meeting was called to discuss the reforms needed in the tribal areas but witnessed contention as various groups of students raised slogans and created trouble. The KP governor left the meeting halfway while KP Assembly deputy speaker and tribal leaders also followed him.
