Mina tragedy: Death toll of Pakistani pilgrims rises to 76; 60 missing
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The death toll of Pakistani pilgrims following stampede in Mina during the annual Hajj increased to at least 76, while 306 missing pilgrims have been found.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs seven Pakistani pilgrims are still in different hospitals, while 47 pilgrims injured in the stampede.
As many as 31 Pakistani pilgrims have been buried in Makkah.
According to the ministry, the diplomats were in contact with the Saudi government and at least 60 Pakistani pilgrims are still missing.
