Minus Muttahida, not minus London, formula being implemented: Farooq Sattar
LAHORE (92 News) – MQM Pakistan leader Farooq Sattar has said that now minus Muttahida, not minus London, formula is being implemented.
Talking to the media after the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editor (CPNE) meeting on Saturday, he said that they had made the decision on August 23, but powerful and decision-making circles were not making the decision.
He said that it was his right to bail, but would move the plea in this regard after consulting his counsels.
The MQM Pakistan leader said that they should be granted political space. “We condemn Muttahida founder’s statement to seek help from Modi,” he said.
“It will be premature to say whether they will go to the elections or not. Several political vultures are hovering in the urban areas of Karachi,” he said.
Farooq Sattar said that they were moving court over the quota system, injustice in employment and failure to give powers to local governments.
Criticizing the Sindh government, he said that the provincial government had engaged the Chinese companies, which should work on big projects like CEPC, in removing garbage.
