Moon Garden case: AG Sindh ordered to present detailed report

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court has on Thursday ordered the Advocate General Sindh to submit detailed report within a week regarding evacuation from Moon Garden flats.

The hearing regarding evacuation of Moon Garden flats was held in Sindh High Court, in which Justice Sajjad Ali Shah asked about the builder of the flats, on which the lawyer of the builder said that they will present the builder on the orders of the court.

Justice Sajjad said that the builder has not attended any court proceeding, while the Inspector General of Police (IG) Ghulam Haider Jamali and Additional Inspector General of Karachi Police (IG) appeared before the court and presented a police report.

According to the police report, there are 180 flats in Moon Garden, of which 70 flats were already unoccupied, while 27 flats have been evacuated.

The court ordered the Advocate General Sindh to present detailed report within a week and adjourned the hearing till December 22.
