MQM chief Altaf Hussain accepts JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman as mediator, directs Coordination Committee to hold talks

KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has on Sunday acknowledged the Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl chief Moulana Fazlur Rehman as negotiator over the issue of party leaders resignations.

As per details, the MQM chief Altaf Hussain and JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman contacted on phone and exchanged views regarding the MQM’s resignations.

Sources suggested that the MQM will withdraw its resignations and join the parliament, as the party chief Altaf Hussain accepted Fazlur Rehman as mediator.

The MQM chief Altaf Hussain has given permission to the party’s Coordination Committee on holding dialogues with the JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman over the issue of party leaders’ resignations.

Earlier, the legal team suggested the JUI-F chief, the resignations could be withdrawn unless the Speaker of the House does not issue notifications.
