MQM chief, other leaders booked for instigating rebellion
KARACHI (92 News) – The Brigade police have registered a case against the MQM chief and other leaders for instigating rebellion and sabotaging the Zarb-e-Azb operation.
The MQM chief, Farooq Sattar, Rauf Siddiqui, Waseem Akhtar, Khalid Maqbool, Kanwar Naveed Jamil, Qamar Mansoor, Muhammad Hussain and other members of the organizational committee.
According to the FIR, the MQM chief had made the speech for the so-called missing and killed workers before the Mazar-e-Quaid on May 12 despite the ban.
The MQM chief had also hurled threats to the officers of the Military, Intelligence and ISI.
The sections of the ATA, Sound System Act, damage to the state and a conspiracy to pitch the state institutions against each other have been included in the FIR.
