MQM continues hunger strike for fourth day
KARACHI (92 News) – The symbolic hunger strike Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) continued on fourth day today (Monday) against the ban on broadcasting and publishing the statements of party chief Altaf Hussain.
The MQM activists’ hunger strike continued for fourth day in front of Karachi Press Club on Monday.
A large number of MQM leaders including Waseem Akhtar, Amir Khan were also present at the hunger striking camp, while MQM’s nominated Deputy Mayor of Karachi Arshad Wahra and others started the symbolic hunger strike.
On the occasion, Arshad Wahra said that they are struggling to achieve their rights peacefully.
