MQM will return to NA, Senate on Nov 2, says Ishaq Dar
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will return to National Assembly and Senate on November 2.
He was speaking in 92 News Program ‘Hum Dekhain Gaay’ on Thursday.
He said that the 10,600 megawatts projects were being completed. “Improvement in economy and energy generation is the top priority of the government,” he added.
The minister said that the withholding tax issue had been resolved. “I have fulfilled the promise made with the traders,” he added.
He said that over 200,000 people were brought to the tax net during the last two years. “We need tax reforms. Economy should be kept away from politics,” he said.
Ishaq Dar called for forming the Charter of Economy.
