MQM workers training issue: FIA directs Sindh Police to collect evidence

KARACHI (92 News) – Federal government has directed Sindh Police to collect evidence against the Muttahida Qaumi Movement workers who received training from India on Friday.

Federal Investigation Authority has directed IG Sindh to investigate the news published in a British newspaper The Guardian edition on July 29, 2013 revealing about MQM workers received training in India.

The newspaper’s cutting sent to IG Sindh also mentioned that British police have found important evidence regarding workers training.

Sindh police will prepare list of MQM workers who received training from India.


Sources said that Sindh police will also compile investigation reports of MQM workers who confessed to receiving training during investigations.
