MQM’s Tayyab, Sohail Mashadi elected Hyderabad mayor & deputy mayor

HYDERABAD (92 News) – Tayyab Hussain and Sohail Mashadi of the MQM have been elected mayor and deputy mayor of Hyderabad.

They bagged 111 votes, while their rivals AB Pasha Qazi and Hassan Ali Jatoi of the PPP got 27 votes.

The mayor-elect Tayyab Hussain said that he would resolve the problems of the citizens indiscriminately.

On the other hand, the PPP rules the interior Sindh, while it made a clean sweep in Sukkur.


The PPP workers celebrated the victory of their candidates in interior Sindh.

The PML-F won the seats Mirpur Mathelo.
