Muslims should unite against enemies, says Imam-e-Kaaba
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Khalid al-Ghamidi said on Monday that Muslims are facing problems due to lack of unity among Ummah and called on Muslims around the world to unite against enemies.
He made these comments during his address following Maghrib prayer at the mosque in Parliament House premises, where he also made a special supplication.
Imam-e-Kaaba made the visit on invitation by Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq.
Members of the Parliament present on the occasion offered their prayers behind Imam-e-Kaaba.
Earlier in the afternoon, Imam-e-Kaaba called on President Mamnoon Hussain at the Presidency.
Talking to Imam-e-Kaaba, President reiterated Pakistan’s determination to defend territorial integrity of Saudi Arabia at all cost and said the people of Pakistan have special sentiments for Saudi Arabia.
On his occasion, Imam-e-Kaaba said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have deep relations and their foundations are very strong. He said no one could harm these relations.
He also said thousands of Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia are acting as bridge between the two countries.
Sheikh Khalid al-Ghamidi also led Zuhar prayer at the Presidency.
