NA-122 decision: PML-N to challenge ET’s decision, says Pervaiz Rashid
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid has said that the government respects the Election Tribunal’s decision on NA-122 case, but they do not agree with the verdict.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Sunday, he said that the Minister termed the Election Tribunal’s decision as biased.
The minister said that they will challenge the decision in the Supreme Court as the law gives them the right to appeal against the decision.
Addressing the workers who won the by-polls in Haripur Pervaiz Rashid said that the PTI chairman Imran Khan does not like to lose with fewer margin, adding that if elections would have been conducted in Saad Rafiq and Ayaz Sadiq’s constituencies, they would revise the history of Haripur.
“The tribunal mentions irregularities and malpractice but these are on the part of Election Commission, adding that Ayyaz Sadiq has nothing to do with these administrative irregularities,” he said.
