NA resumes session today
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Assembly will resume its session at Parliament House in Islamabad on Monday at 4:00pm.
The House will discuss important national issues besides carrying out legislative business.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi hoped that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will participate in the assembly session today.
The PTI has started contacting the opposition parties, as Shah Mahmood Qureshi took Jamaat-e-Islami and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) in confidence.
The opposition is expected to jointly demand for the resignation of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar during the House proceedings.
Meanwhile, the Senate will begin its 257th session at Parliament House in Islamabad today at 2:00 pm. The Upper House will transact private members business.
