National Action Plan effective in stopping financial help to terrorists, says DG ISPR Asim Bajwa
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – DG ISPR Asim Bajwa has said that the National Action Plan (NAP) is proving effective in stopping financial assistance to terrorists.
In an interview with the Russian media, he said that time is required to implement the NAP due to political challenges.
The DG ISPR said: “Pilot projects were launched to get rid of terrorism and now the scope of those projects has been broadened.”
He termed the Pakistan delegation’s Russian tour a good omen.
“Pakistan wants to give the final shape to an agreement signed with Russia to purchase military equipment,” he maintained.
