Nawaz broke my trust, says Zardari
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former president and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif took advantage of his sincerity and broken his trust.
Breaking his silence on differences with Nawaz Sharif, Zardari while revealing the reasons behind his reluctance to patch up with Nawaz Sharif, said that the ex-PM took advantage of his infamous statement ‘Eent Sy Eent Bajana’ and made a deal with former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf and sent him abroad.
The PPP co-chairman said that Sharif took also advantage of his statement settled his matters with the former Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General (r) Raheel Sharif.
“Nawaz Sharif always stepped back after putting him in a state of confrontation with the establishment,” he said and added now ex-PM had to face the consequences.
