Nawaz Sharif says agreement with PTI a good omen; MQM opposes Judicial Commission
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has termed the agreement with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) over the Judicial Commission a good omen.
He was addressing a meeting of the parliamentary leaders at PM House on Tuesday.
Nawaz Sharif said that the government wants to work with all political parties. “Any misunderstanding among the political parties should be removed through dialogues.”
Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader Farooq Sattar argued that the Judicial Commission is in clash with Article 225 of the Constitution.
He said that the MQM wants to express its reservations about the Karachi operation and needs some time in this regard.
