No one defeated or won by LHC’s verdict, says Punjab governor
LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar said on Sunday that no one was defeated or won by the verdict of the Lahore High Court (LHC) for the removal of former premier Nawaz Sharif name from the exit control list (ECL).
Speaking to the journalists, the Punjab governor mentioned that the federal cabinet allowed the former premier to go abroad on the humanitarian grounds. “The verdict of the LHC based on the priorities of the federal government for the removal of Nawaz Sharif’s from ECL,” he said.
Chaudhry Sarwar also mentioned the ally parties have many complaints but there is no danger to coalition. He also said that Nawaz Sharif has been given best medical facilities at the hospital and the federal government also wanted to send the former prime minister abroad for his medical treatment.
“The governor prayed for the health recovery of Nawaz Sharif and his return to the country soon,” he maintained.
