No public gathering in Islamabad for the time being: Chaudhry Nisar
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar has on Saturday said that it has been decided not to allow any public gathering in the federal capital for the time being including at D-Chowk and F-9 Park.
Talking to media in Kalar Syedan on Saturday, Chaudhry Nisar said that civilian and military leadership as well as all the political parties are on the same page to defeat the designs of the enemies against Pakistan.
He said that the abusive language was used during the recent demonstrations at D-Chowk but said Islam is a religion of peace, adding that we will not allow anyone to damage public property in the name of religion.
The minister said that the people of Islamabad have always been put into difficulties, adding that why these people come to Islamabad to hold demonstrations and sit-ins.
