OGRA recommends hike in POL price

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has on Thursday forwarded a summary to the ministry of petroleum and Natural Resources and Ministry of Finance suggesting an increase in oil prices for the month of September.

According to the summary the OGRA proposed Rs. 2.24 per liter increase in Petrol price and 70 paisa increase in High-Speed Diesel.

The authority also recommended increase in Rs 14 per liter kerosene oil and Rs12 per liter in Light Diesel Oil.


The government will announce its decision on the prices by Thursday.
