OGRA seeks Rs2.36/liter hike in petrol price

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has on Friday recommended the government to increase price of Petrol by Rs2.36 per liter and High speed Diesel (HSD) by Rs2.20 per liter for October 2017.

The OGRA also proposed an increase of Rs19.33 per liter in price of kerosene oil, while Rs14.10 per liter increase in Light Diesel Oil (LDO).

According to a working paper moved to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance, the OGRA has proposed to increase petrol by Rs2.36 per liter and High Speed Diesel by Rs2.20 per liter.
