Imran Khan vows to rectify FBR, NAB to make country great
MIANWALI (92 News) – PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that he will rectify the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to make the country great.
Addressing a big public meeting on Saturday, he said that he would not spare big thieves.
Criticizing the Sharif brothers, the PTI chairman said that one brother becomes the oppressed, while another innocent. “One says why he has been ousted, while another is a trickster. For how long Shahbaz Sharif will perform stunts?” he maintained.
He said that the pride of the Sharif family is worth-seeing even after stealing billions of rupees. “Nawaz Sharif paid the tax of Rs 5,000, while Asif Zardari hardly ever paid the tax,” he added. “We will collect tax from the rich.”
He said that those stealing billions of rupees come here as if they have come after conquering Kashmir. “Nawaz Sharif stole Rs 300 billion and he is brought by the protocol of 40 vehicles,” he added.
He said that the people had made fun of him when he contested the elections in 2002. “Thanks God, the PTI is now a big political party,” he added.
Lauding the performance of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, the PTI chairman said that the crime had reduced by 70 percent in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
